Our enrollment process is designed to be clear, supportive, and personalized so you can feel confident and at ease. From your first conversation with our admissions team to your student’s first day on campus, we’ll help you navigate each step with care and transparency.

How to Enroll at St. Paul

2. Pay the Enrollment Fee
A $60 deposit is due at the time of application; the remaining $140 enrollment fee must be paid before August 1. This fee secures your student’s spot and is non-refundable.

3. Submit Records
Provide recent report cards or full transcripts, immunization records, and any standardized testing results. Our team will request official transcripts from previous schools once your application is submitted.

4. Placement Assessments
Incoming freshmen and transfer students complete math and English assessments during orientation to help place them in the right courses.
​
​
5. Recommendation Letters
Submit at least one letter of recommendation from a teacher, coach, pastor, or community leader who knows your student well.
6. Family Meeting
Once your application is complete, we’ll schedule a consultation with our admissions team to discuss your student’s goals, course options, and any additional support they may need.

7. Acceptance & Enrollment Packet
After acceptance, you’ll receive an enrollment packet with final paperwork, uniform and supply lists, orientation details, and other important resources.

8. Financial Aid & Scholarships
If you’re applying for tuition assistance, be sure to complete your FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by March 1, 2025 for first-round consideration. Details on available scholarships and grants can be found on our Financial Support page.
